CONFIGURATION

You can instruct RW-480 PLOTBASE to sort the jobs and make

additional changes:

• No sorting or checking:

This is the default setting. Jobs will not pre-checked prior to

plotting.

• Sort entries by media source:

This setting will reduce the number of roll-changes for the

plotter and therefore will speed up the plotting.

All entries are sorted by the setting of "Media source". For

example all entries on roll 1 will be printed first, then all

entries on roll 2 etc.

If a roll is not present the following behavior depends on the

setting "exception handling" as described below.

• Sort entries by print size:

The entries are sorted according to format size for easier

transport of the stacked printouts. This also avoids having to

change the roll.

• Only check print settings before plotting:

If this option is enabled, the whole job is checked prior to

printing. It will be checked, if the whole job can be printed

with the current plotter setup.

If the job cannot be printed with this setup the job is stopped

and not sent to the plotter.
